Subject and information: Explore and establish the bidirectional communication and cooperation system; lift the development of the open association economy; promote the regional economic transition and the industrial upgrading.

In order to enforce the interaction and communication between the two parties, both sides shall provide the other side the relevant convenience for the bilateral transactions, including the local promotion for the policy of attracting foreign investment, the arrangement for the exploratory visits of the enterprise, conference inviting and other relevant work assistance. As the first step of the cooperation, Ningbo Association of Woman Entrepreneurs shall assist BCCID to set a product and sales exhibition center with Bulgarian peculiarities in Ningbo. Ningbo Association of Woman Entrepreneurs to actively arrange the exploratory visits to Bulgaria and international exchange activities like industrial investment, technology communication and so on.

The first group of women entrepreneurs is going to pay an exploratory visits to Bulgaria for investment in the second half of 2016.

BCCID makes full use of its advantages in order to broaden the international cooperation channels between Ningbo and Bulgaria, struggle for more international cooperation resources, and expand the international influence of Ningbo Association of Women Entrepreneurs.

LTD & BCCID promise to authorize the rights and obligations of commercial agent to each other in the area of trade, tourism, investment and other related products. Ningbo Zhelun Overseas Tourism Group Co. LTD authorizes BCCID to set up and organize Bulgarian Office in China, which need to be located in Ningbo Industrial Park of Central and Eastern Europe.

BCCID will integrate the tourism resources in Bulgaria (including hotels, attractions, local travel agencies, the Chinese tourist guides, etc.),which is for making sure the tourism products can satisfy the Chinese consumers’ needs, especially for designing the various tourism products that emphasize the theme, individuality and experience. BCCID will provide the policies of Bulgaria government about tourism resources and products, as well as provide the policies information related to preferential policies and incentives, for instance, the Annual Award. For enhancing the trade cooperation and attracting more Chinese investors in Bulgaria, BCCID needs to support the issues of invitation letters of local government and companies, which will eliminate the VISA problems for government official inspection, business commerce study and the free exercise session guests; additionally, BCCID need to negotiate with Bulgarian Government in order to issuing more preferential policies for Chinese investors.

Subject and information: Establish the bilateral friendly cooperation. BCCID is going to establish a Bulgarian Exhibition Center in the Bulgarian Pavilion of Ningbo Importing Center in order to promote the investment and preferential policy of Bulgaria, as well as the exhibition and sales of relevant products.

Ningbo Seastory United Technology Co.,Ltd is going to adopt positive policies in terms of the supporting services for the construction of BCCID’s exhibition center project; offer high-quality effective and convenient services; promote the launching and sustainable development of BCCID’s exhibition center project. Ningbo Seastory United Technology Co.,Ltd shall take advantage of its own resource; step up publicity efforts and investment attraction; organize the exploratory visits for the domestic enterprises and government departments of Bulgaria for inspection and investment. BCCID shall offer necessary assistance for relevant formalities and business activities of enterprises in Bulgaria; struggle for preferential supporting policies for the Chinese citizen and enterprises that have gone to Bulgaria for investment.
